CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY:
Appointment cancellations made 1- 5 hours before a scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service. All no shows, cancellations/or reschedules to a different day that are made 1 hour or less before a scheduled appointment are charged 100% of service
TANNING POLICIES:
We strive for perfection on every tan. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your tan let us know within 24 hours of your appointment and you can come back in at no charge for us to fix. Any requests after 24 hours will be subjected to a re-do fee.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS:
We are not responsible for personal belongings left at the studio(s). Clients are encouraged to keep valuables with them at all times and to thoroughly check the treatment room before leaving. We suggest you come to your appointment with no jewelry on.
